We made some country pork ribs tonight. I saw this kings Hawaiian bbq sauce at publix today so I decided to try it! It is sweet and you definitely get the hint of pineapple, pretty good stuff. Sauced the ribs about 10 minutes before pulling off the grill. Country ribs, sausage, and homemade potato salad for dinner!

Life's been nuts. Haven't been on the forum in at least a week. Prepping for baby in a month or so, doing house projects, working full time, just started school again. Ugh.
My dad is incredible and has been helping a ton with house stuff, so for fathers day next weekend i'm smoking a prime packer from Costco along with my better half's gouda mac and cheese, homemade bread, and some pig shots for apps.

Waiting on this to show up. Boss is doing it on his Rec-Tec. It went on at 8PM last night. 18 lbs...14 hours in it was at 155. The cow drives the freaking cook.
