Interested to hear results . I did one wagyu brisket and it was so rich, I elt like I was eating dessert and couldn’t eat much at all. Too rich for me. Back to choice and prime. Obviously just a me thing. Let us know!!!Upstate SC

I dont think anyone has it dialed in any better on briskets than Snake River Farms with their wagyu/Angus hybrids.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -

First time using dizzy dust coarse as well. Overall turned out pretty damn solid, and tasting great! Cooked way faster than I would have originally anticipated. Took about 10 hours till it was at 203 and I pulled it.
