I hope so too brother.WeberWho said:
Similar story. My friend bought the PartyQ and maybe used it a handful of times. I bought my friends Big Steel Keg for super cheap and he threw in the PartyQ controller with it. I noticed the up button on the controller didn't work when trying to use it for the first time. I sent the PartyQ in for warranty work and the warranty department blamed my friend and said it was "water damaged". I think it was a bunch of BS. I had to pay $50 for replacement parts. Which they didn't even attempt to fix but rather sent me a whole new unit. (I knew where it had little marks or light scratches on the case beforehand) So $50 for a new controller wasn't terrible but I still call BS on water damage.Focker said:
Sorry to hear this. Good to see they at least stepped up.WeberWho said:
@Focker This came back in the mail yesterday from warranty. I wish I could say it was the first time I had to send it in for warranty work....Focker said:No harm to my Yeti glasses, but I'll put a bullet, or better yet a field point, through my Digi Q II.
What a worthless POS.
Talk about triggered.
Staci gave me this BGE unit, she used it a couple of times, and it went tits up.
I've maybe used it 2-3 times before heading back in for more warranty work this go around. Somehow the fan went haywire. I took the fan apart to visually see what I thought I heard when the fan was sputtering. It says plain as day under warranty that any tampering to the controller automatically expires your warranty. I wrote a note to the warranty department in the box telling them I took the controller apart and explained what I saw and what probably needed to get replaced. I didn't hear a word for 2 weeks after sending the package. I had to check tracking on the shipment to make sure BBQ Guru even received it. Out of nowhere it showed back up on my steps yesterday. It came back in working condition! I'm glad they didn't try to play the blame game and have any issue with me taking it apart. This time it only cost me $9 in shipping. My friends warranty might have even been out of warranty at this point of time. So I do give them a thumbs up this go around.
Hoping for the best from here on out but my odds probably aren't in my favorBrandonQuad Cities

Don't miss the article about Dicks/Field and Stream either. They really roast those taking a stand against the more recent focus of the NRA, almost resembling a hate group in their vitriol.Ozzie_Isaac said:
I especially liked this paragraph:
"****’s decision to stop selling certain configurations of semi-automatic firearms was irrational, but the decision to destroy these lawful firearms is unjustifiable. Long-guns of any description are rarely used in crime."
Except, of course, the slaughter of people at concerts in Las Vegas, folks having breakfast in a Waffle House, so many innocent children in schools, dozens in a nightclub, several in a movie theater, etc., you get the point.
Propaganda for those who are with the NRA.
The Yeti issue might had mattered to me and other former NRA members like me, had the NRA remained focused on supporting hunters and those that enjoy the 640 million acres of wilderness.
The Yeti separation hurt the NRA and sent a subtle message to all outdoorsmen, The NRA has gone off the grid, and cares nothing about the two interests it actually was an advocate for, initially, which remain the focus of Yeti.
Now, allegedly, with the NRA apparently accepting and laundering money from Russia, our enemy, to donate to The 2016 campaign for the election of Donald Trump, is treasonous, at the very least, from an association that bathes itself in the alleged protection of the second ammendment.
Check out their advocacy in selling out to gas and oil, building roads into the wilderness for the extraction of gas and oil, the backing of politicians that want to sell off public lands. This is not the NRA I joined years ago.
The atrocious list goes on to other very anti outdoors activities. Do the research and become an activist yourself without the NRA. Or you can just keep supporting the NRA, because it is the "American" thing to do.
Where they are heading is not a destination America needs to go.
Yeti will not be the last. They were not gutless, they did not cave.
Just those that choose to hide behind the NRA propoganda, which are too afraid to step out of the ink black shadow, cast by the NRA, to think for themselves, to do what is the morally right thing for our country, are gutless.
By the way, for you NRA faithful out there, the posted artcle has a small green donation button at the bottom, so the NRA can continue to buy second rate knockoff coolers to replace the quality Yetis, they no longer have access to.
Unfortunately, Orca/RTIC/Pelican/whatever will be less legit becoming the second choice with the NRA, as their replacement for Yeti."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Sounds like most, if not all, of this alleged schenanigans occured during the Obama administration. Guess Barack didn’t run such a tight ship. No surprise there. BO did have an Iranian running the whole show.=======================================

The difference is that Obama would’ve never nominated someone like this to head up the VA.thetrim said:Sounds like most, if not all, of this alleged schenanigans occured during the Obama administration. I'm sure a drunk/drug dealer with zero management experience would of course fix all of that. Maybe next Trump will ask some homeless guy he meets on the street to head it up!
