My single most valuable resource aside from my immediate family, is my time. This is not even a decision that warrants deliberation.Foghorn said:
Agreed. We pay a guy that came highly recommended to us 15 years ago so we have used him since that time (the year we moved and kept our first house as a rental). In 2017 we sold the rental house and sold some stock and bought a beach condo. This created more work for him and it cost us $475 instead of the usual $175. It seemed like a lot until I reviewed the return in detail and saw that it was 80 pages long. Then I realized that it was once again worth every penny.Focker said:

He's my Dad's neighbor, known him as long as I've been alive. He cuts me a deal, great guy.
The last minute push is pretty ballsy.
Always sit down in Feb, as soon as my W-2 is ready to print. Like the DNR, you don't want the IRS to come a knockin'. -

Robin, dont worry about the garage or basement......we got rooms, and two working bathrooms, finally!!! We no longer have to go outside to the honey bucket, and take showers with the garden hose.
Plus there is a nice VRBO 2 doors down across the street.
I guess I need to start making more slushies.....
I really should get that possum out of the garage, just in case.....I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Gearing up for what could be a true escape velocity evening. Old shipmate paying a visit that I haven't seen since I checked out of the USN almost 20 years ago. Fortunately with age the escape velocity will not require excessive fuel although the landing could still be a bit rough.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. This event will also have campgrounds, should anyone be intersted in that. It is located not too far from the stages, and will have direct access.YEMTrey said:

I just know some folks have RV's and the setup last year for those that camped, was pretty darn good. Easy in and out, security for the campground, and having your own private bathroom and bar, avoiding lines to get in, security checks, etc. as well as expensive refreshments. A lot of folks from all over the country camped at the event. It was pretty cool. If you have ever been to a NASCAR event in the summer, you will understand what I mean.
An RV at such events is a very smart way to go.
Last year, it was brutally hot in September, during the concert, and there was not a lot of shade. The folks in the campground, looked like geniuses.
I was thinking of renting one for everyone to use, as needed.
