Multi-family, multi-denominational spring celebration today in The 302. Great weather for boneless leg of lamb, large format ales, and Cabernet.

Happy Rites of Spring, Y’all!

You had me at the Allagash.  The rest looks good, too.

I’d tear into that! Unfortunately my better half is not fond of lamb.

Ended up a bit over-served yesterday, which prolly contributed to the thread title. Those ales are strong.  And the "good" holiday wine flowed like . . . wine.  Lamb leftovers tonight.  And maybe even a deviled egg or 2.  Ale and wine?  Hmmm.

Looks amazing. I'm doing a Leg of Lamb this weekend. Brother-in-law brought home a bone-in leg of lamb "shank end". Not super thrilled with the "shank end" but we'll see how it turns out.

Probably won't serve it with a Cab though... probably a Rhone of some sort.

Need more pics of tall blond.

We love lamb! And deviled eggs. Are those Blue Lake beans? Yum! Ynette loves Allagash, I'm not a beg beer or ale drinker. But I have NEVER had anything from Howell Mountain that wasn't great! Looks like you did a wonderful job.

I had some friends over a while back and I cooked some racks of lamb. One of the guys told me he didn't like lamb. But after he tried one, he ended up taking some home. Lamb on the Egg is heaven.

Had a little apprehension to open this when I saw Lamb Love Story.  Looks like some good times there...love Howell Mountain Wines...always nice, bold, & well structured.
