    Great score- you have the right approach for the current landscape.  May I remind you that things can change.
    Regardless, enjoy the cook as those are about the richest cut of beef I have found.  FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Students were very nice on the last rotation, gifted a $50 gift card. 
    Saw an episode of Bayless' Mexico, OPAAT, and Chef David Sterling was a guest.  They were hanging out at his school Los Dos in Merida.  That led to an amazon search, and this flawless gem.

    Really enjoying this.

    Lighter fluid took care of the egg. Bastid genny hasn't been cranked all winter....might have to sbuggle up the the mrs tonight for some relief pitching.
