Fixing to trial run the Phillips air fryer. I marinated a small tritip overnight in a 5 pepper marinade that I whipped up. I love deep fried tritip. Hope this is close to it.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

@botch the effluent goes across the top of the oven and the fire is pretty clean, not too worried about it. Plus inhalation vs eating are vastly different delivery systems. I'd hate to saw blue cheese and breathe penicillin mold...______________________________________________I love lamp..
