forgot to mention SR was at the Maverick booth. He was not interested in engaging folks at all. Almost hiding! Myron and his son across the way, they eat it up hawking pellets!

    He has the pbs show project smoke. It’s not bad. A lot of the stuff isn’t my cup o tea, but at least it introduces the masses to different cookers and methods. It’s worthwhile I suppose.
