I used to love "A1 Steak Sauce". All I can find in stores in recent years is "A1 Sauce".
Sure wish they would start selling the steak sauce again.

It's an English sauce, for one. They probably didn't GAF about the American Revolution, and that date is purportedly when the sauce was featured at the World's Fair in England.DoubleEgger said:

I've always preferred HP sauce over A1. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Continuing to read applications for the DOE graduate fellowship program. The last names read like a fairly healthy cross-section of family histories. All US citizens or PRs though.

Ha! I can't say one way or the other, as it would be breaking confidentiality. We're in the middle of the process now, so not everyone who has applied is still in the pool.JohnnyTarheel said:

They have to be US citizens or PRs to be eligible for the program. So that's a non-factor in the evaluation really. They can't even apply without that.pgprescott said:

As for family history or ancestry, that's not a factor, no. The DOE cares about brainpower, full stop.
