Pressing the monkey pod wood diamond plate into service-rack of lamb.  Sides are not worthy:

Trust me -the three non-pic'd corners are at 90* .  I don't have the skills to get the full effect w/o getting more than an ear-full.  Never mind the absence of a skill-set.
The picture is fine, the cook looks perfect. Nailed it.

Fried salmon in the skillet for crispy skin and finished in the big timer in the kitchen.  It was good.  No pics.

I lost count once.  I forgot about 2 I had stashed when I was explaining to my wife a new one I brought home.  Needless to say, she did not.

Btw, good call on the Humphreys.  Lets see some pics!

I tried to tell my wife it was her idea, it didn't work.  I just placed the order today with Chad and Nicole Humphreys in Maine.  I bought one that was in stock so it shouldn't take too long to make it to IL. I'll post picks when I get her home.  I guess it's a "she"?  They already took it off their website.  I wonder what the chances are that it arrives prior to the Super Bowl.

    It was on this page:

I'm down to 6 after giving my cajun microwave to @travisstrick last Brisket Camp.   If you have less than your neighborhood crazy cat lady has in cats, I think you're good.

@mgd_egg - Congrats on the buy.  Life is not based on need alone.  You will definitely enjoy the addition to the arsenal.  As Leroy "Satchel" Paige said, "Don't look back, somethin might be gainin on ya!"
