Some times you have events that totally shake you to your Core.   One of the Drs my wife works with, and great friend to us, died this morning on the way to work.    We just can’t even begin to wrap our heads around it.    You never know which day will be your last.    So sad.

He was only 57 and a healthy guy, but they think it was a heart attack that lead to a car accident. It was very close to our local, community hospital and they worked on him for a while, but unfortunately they couldn't bring him back.   The security supervisor at the hospital was right behind him when it happened and the first on the scene.

Homemade dough.  This was the 24-hr dough recipe out of the Forkish book.

Tony crashed, and I'm not sure I told him the tap water is not safe so left a note.

Somehow, I just never thought about drinking water in your home. I was thinking Evan Williams?
