The more I read the more I think this would be a good add to the outdoor kitchen.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

I just occured to me that it is essentially an outdoor salamander.
A plate of enchiladas would finish nicely in there(now only 16 stone)

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
