Blessings to you and family Ron. Am truly blessed as we have grandson here for Thanksgiving later this afternoon. Busy cooking and getting ready to go. Enjoy your day.
It will be a great day indeed. Enjoy. Is this your first Thanksgiving with your grandson?
We are glad for you and this special holiday.
First time he slept over for Thanksgiving. Going to wake him for breakfast and helping carve the bird. Thanks.
And he woke up with a slight fever and complaining of a headache. Dang. Bummed.

@bgebrent - bacon rimshot.  Now that's moving up in the rimshot world right there.  I will stop now.
    Happy Thanksgiving.

It was on Thanksgiving 1976, The Band played together last time. The Scorsese movie - doc of the concert, "The Last Waltz" was released in 1978. They had a ton of guests for that show that played that night; Clapton, Starr, Morrison, Emmy Lou, Dylan, and many more, accompanied Bob Dylan's former back up band.

Wish y'all the best for this glutinous holiday.  Hope you didn't feel as bloated as I do.  We're about to cook up the dinner portion of our day - crawfish and shrimp etouffee.

Hope you and your family had an awesome Thanksgiving Ron.  Today was about family and being able to spend time with them.  Sounds like you covered that and provide excellent edibles.  Happy Turkey Day!!

Hope your day went well. The wine started flowing, about as early as ever, here and the day was abfab.
Totally dug  the @20stone post. Had to be the GOAT.
Hope you are able to recover today if your meal got heavy, my friend.

Back at you my friend. Hoping day two will be just as fine. Today, is leaf day for me. We live in an area with a tremendous canopy of old growth trees, and lucky for everyone else in our neighborhood, our house is the leaf magnet. Even with a leaf shredder, we will fill 12-15 bags. We will do this 3-4 times each fall.
    Happy day two my friend.
