    It was on Thanksgiving 1976, The Band played together last time. The Scorsese movie - doc of the concert, "The Last Waltz" was released in 1978. They had a ton of guests for that show that played that night; Clapton, Starr, Morrison, Emmy Lou, Dylan, and many more, accompanied Bob Dylan's former back up band.

    Wish y'all the best for this glutinous holiday.  Hope you didn't feel as bloated as I do.  We're about to cook up the dinner portion of our day - crawfish and shrimp etouffee.

    Back at you my friend. Hoping day two will be just as fine. Today, is leaf day for me. We live in an area with a tremendous canopy of old growth trees, and lucky for everyone else in our neighborhood, our house is the leaf magnet. Even with a leaf shredder, we will fill 12-15 bags. We will do this 3-4 times each fall.
