    Brother Brent,
The children are all in town today, so it is going to be fun. Suzy will be baking all day, and I will be egging. We will certainly be raising a toast to all our BGE family.
Have a safe holiday, give Nicole our best. Miss you guys.

We are busting out a couple of Bordeaux wines today. These are from a Vinyard that only does its bottling in liters, instead of 750ml. It is a very nice bold red, and plenty of it.
    We will be Toasting Allyall.

@YukonRon - I will endeavor to remember the change in volume when the post banquet empty bottles pic shows up.  Three for four in the damage assessment.

Standing by for those results.....We let the children define our Thanksgiving menu.....Beef Tenderloin, Wings, Ribs, and ABTs throughout the day, with Suzy baking potato yeast roles, Apple pies and a whole bunch of other stuff for sides and treats....starting now...

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Zin or cab? Both excellent but I think they produce one of the very best zins.

    Have a great Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving - The day where not everything can go on the smoker, and everything has to be done at the same time.

I know we have a bunch of diehard cooks on this forum, but please also take a breath and reflect on how lucky we all are.  All the best, and may none of your guests go home hungry or sick, may none of your drunk uncles talk politics, and may you hold your tongue when Aunt So and So brings a store bought pie (even though you'd rather just do without).
Great post, and thank you for sharing. Hoping you enjoy this holiday to the max.
