@DMW- answer to your question, yes How about "Marling Menu Masters"- heavily used in the 70's and 80's. Always elicited some local sympathy when making a serious effort. @Jeremiah - It was the local office of Charter Communications (cable TV company). Around 100-150 employees. I was the talking head for a small ceremony where they acknowledged their veteran employees (around 25 people). Local VFW chapter provided the color guard.
