    @JRWhitee We stayed at that place last year.  Owner was a bit eccentric.  Went to VRBO just now and it shows availability for that weekend at that place so no idea what's going on. Glad you found another option.

    Your leg looks worse than my arm. That is nasty. Looks like some good hillbilly fun at the range though. Anytime you roll of the .50 cal and tanerite you know it's going to be a party.

    @DoubleEgger got x-rays, have a couple of fractures on the tibia where it meets the knee.  I told the doc that's the only part of that bone that hasn't been broken in the past.  Anyway, supposed to get a CT scan and MRI.  Waiting for them to call me.   "Don't put weight on it"   fufufufufuuuuck too late.  Gave me an isolation contraption.  I turned down pain meds because I'm a hard-core MFer.

    I played rugby with a guy who was really grimmacing at practice one day. It turns out he had his wisdom teeth out earlier in the day, tough if you play prop, which he did. I asked him if the doc gave him any pain meds, and he said, "Yeah, Percocet, but I'm saving 'em up for the weekend." Rugby (and dirt bikes) attracts a different sort of dudes.

    looks like an ace bandage, an ib every three hours, keep it elevated, send me a check for 5 grand should do it. after 3 days work thru the pain =)

    @fishlessman, you give great advice, but you'd never make it as an orthopod.  All the orthopods I know work in multiples of 6 weeks because that's how long it takes stuff to heal.
