You're on!  Was already planning to do pizza on Saturday with some friends.  Unfortunately, my buddy's wife likes her pizza of the very pedestrian "plain cheese", maybe a little pepperoni if she is feeling adventurous, variety.  Have to see what toppings I can come up for the rest of us civilized folks!

Sounds fun, and we were planning on cooking a pizza tomorrow night anyway. I'm in ... although being on the wrong side of the pond,  probably exempt from the 1st class prize. :)
You win and I'll find a way to get it to you.

I have to miss this one, going to the beach and won't have a cooking vessel.

The secret to wining these is to post as late as possible so everyone sees your cook at the end of the thread and just votes because they've been holding out on seeing the whole field.

Posting early is a bad idea for sure.

I was contemplating waiting until Monday night to open the voting for that very reason
  • Wish I could join in! Will be out of town this weekend, taking plenty of beer. Looking forward to seeing the cooks, can't wait to cook pizza again on my egg. Love seeing the egg setups and getting ideas on how to cook things.

I'm in.  My folks come down for the winter.  I modded up what I hope will be transportable pizza cooker to use at their house.

Could be a mistake, but Monday will be it's maiden voyage.  I might be posting pics of Papa Johns.

Surely it's all about the taking part, rather than winning? After all, people never **** about not winning oscars. Oh, hang on ... :D

Great idea. I'm in too. Been forever since I've done a pizza.

Skip the game. UGA isn't winning a championship. You've still got 1980.  ;)

No egg at the lake?? That's wrong on so many levels I don't know where to begin.

One more thing.... you actually have to cook the pizza.
