Salted caramel apple crisp

State-of-the-art apple remover...
420 egg, RO. Prepped the apples during preheat.
Left to get ice cream 45 min in, a brief downpour while at the store. No worries with the Smokeware Cap.
Spinned it 30 min in, total bake time was 75 min, with a rest on the butcher block for about that long as well, for things to firm up. Finished off with Whitey's Vanilla, and salted caramel. The apples were still warm.
Thanks for lookin'.

Desserts is kind of my last frontier to conquer on the grill, your post has given inspiration :-)“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Spot on! Wow that looks good. My apple tree kicked the bucket a few weeks ago. One of the main branches came down and now she's an eyesore. I'll maybe get some smoke wood out of it but it's nothing compared to that goodness you have going on!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan
