Juicy Lucy - did not disappoint!

Options
Been wanting to try a cheese stuffed burgers for a while now (aka the juicy lucy), and they were a huge hit last night!

Paired with homemade seasoned fries and brussel sprouts, will definitely cook again in the future.

Hey. Hey. Hey. Easy there friend... Let's don't get crazy....
@joeybrown105 The sprouts do look tasty - as well as the burger.

That looks delicious! Even the sprouts and especially the fries. I only tried a jucy lucy once. That cheese is dangerous!! Never tried it again. =)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I agree it looks amazing all around. I would like the deets on those fries.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thanks for all the kudos, guys.

Yes @WeberWho - that episode of Man v Food from a few years back is what inspired me to try it!

To those asking for the recipes, here's the details:

    Brussel sprouts:
    1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
    3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp. honey
    1 tbsp. Grainy mustard
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    kosher salt

Mix everything together in a bowl, throw on a grill basket over direct heat (you can use skewers in lieu of a grill basket to make things easy)
Cook 10-15 minutes, until you get the done-ness you like, then top with shredded parmesan.

    Season fries:
Red potatoes (the smaller kind, think 2-3 per person is a good gauge)
    Olive oil
    Cumin
    Chili powder
Meat Church - The Holy Gospel seasoning
    A hearty salt (kosher/sea)

    Preheat the oven to 425°

Boil the potatoes for 3-4 minutes just to soften them up
Cut the potatoes into fries (you get 8-10 per potato)

Toss them in olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and your favorite season-all (my family loves everything that Meat Church puts out).

Cook for around 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.

Top with salt right after you take the out of the oven, and enjoy!
