... My mind wandered for a bit while I was having a beer on Saturday and imagined for a short time what a cul-de-sac with all of us Eggers living on it would be like.  Every day would be a NCBB!  And I would love to have each and every one of you as my neighbors...

I've actually imagined a world where a bunch of us move into different units of a beach condo complex where one person lights up their (or our collective) egg every day and provides the protein while the rest of us bring beverages and/or sides every evening and watch the sunset...

I'll be the guy on the standup paddle board catching the waves every morning...

I feel like that was BB2017.  My large and medium were hot from probably 5pm Friday till 10pm Saturday.  We cooked some stuff!  Piney's L and M about the same.

I already know I'm going to hell. I'm just trying to get into middle management at this point.

What an event! It's great to see you all had such a great time. Thanks for all the pix. I'm 100% sure that campground has never seen that caliber food. Or petting zoo aficionados.

A couple of highlights for me.

Moments: Matt's dome falling off, and Matt not even batting an eye.  Jim passing out in the chair.  Turning into the park in my car with @nolaegghead like a bat out of hell, and having Nola nearly soil himself.  The look on Robin's wife's face when she had one of the chocolate pots.  MaskedMarvel stopping by on his lunch break.  @Jeremiah's daughter Reagan helping @JupiterJim do the raffle.  Meeting so many forum regulars who became first time Butt Blasters.

Food: Brent's wings, Ron's beef tenderloin sliders, Dylan's pit beef, Jason's breakfast fantasmagorgams, Matt's cabbage wraps, Michael's shrooms, the gator sausage Kay and Jim made, @Jeremiah's tri-tip.

Alcohol: Ron's bourbon slushies, as always.  Robin's bloody Mary.  @piney's moonshine.  @YemTrey's craft beer.

If I missed something it's probably because I didn't get a chance to sample it.  Or I was slightly incapacitated.
Really looking forward to the next NCBB and hoping for a longer hang.

I came without knowing anyone and was determined to walk up to as many as I could in the short time to say hi and hug as many as I could.

It was was so great to have so many of you hug back and try and get me to call in sick. :)

I left feeling I'd put faces to friends I'd known for years.

the work that had me leave is over, as of this very hour, as I write this. :) Bourbon in my hand - next time it will be slushy.

Thanks for having me - if you find yourselves in Greensboro you all have a place to crash. Just come on by!!!

We have a local joint called BBQ Shack that have awesome biscuits.  After having them, you never go back to Biscuitville or Bojangles.

Matt- thanks, will have to give them a try.  If you haven't tried the pork tenderloin from country BBQ its worth a visit.  Add cheese-

I'm still laughing about when @johnnyp heard about the Brisket Camp lawyer for the first time. Nola casually brought it up in conversation.  The look on his face was priceless. Good times.

@theyolksonyou Jason, I riffed on your tacquitos last night.  Instead of typical Mexican style, I used curry flavored pulled chicken with a mango chutney dipping sauce.  Very tasty.  Thanks for the inspiration.

Not at all my friend.  Just trying to capture some setup and behind the scenes non-food shots.

Cool deal. I do have a tendency to cook fast and go fast , but with a large mess afterwards.

Likewise.  It was great meeting all of you.  From walking into a set of cabins on Friday night and not having met any of you in person up to that point, you all made us very comfortable and welcomed.  I know @JohnInCarolina was crazy busy and still made a point to come over to us and greet us.  Everybody was wonderful and a special thanks to @Jeremiah who exercised great patience with me as I kept going up to him on Saturday and asking who people were so I could introduce myself to as many as possible.
The entire NCBB group who attended are awesome folks. Hopefully I see lots of you again at the Cincinnati Porkopolis Eggfest!
JIC really isn't the a $$ hole everyone thinks he is as you witnessed.
