Who's the homely woman sitting in the front?XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Back when I lived in Georgia (over ten years ago now), I use to see them at the QT and wonder who in their right mind would ever eat those.DoubleEgger said:

A couple of highlights for me.
Moments: Matt's dome falling off, and Matt not even batting an eye. Jim passing out in the chair. Turning into the park in my car with @nolaegghead like a bat out of hell, and having Nola nearly soil himself. The look on Robin's wife's face when she had one of the chocolate pots. MaskedMarvel stopping by on his lunch break. @Jeremiah's daughter Reagan helping @JupiterJim do the raffle. Meeting so many forum regulars who became first time Butt Blasters.
Food: Brent's wings, Ron's beef tenderloin sliders, Dylan's pit beef, Jason's breakfast fantasmagorgams, Matt's cabbage wraps, Michael's shrooms, the gator sausage Kay and Jim made, @Jeremiah's tri-tip.
Alcohol: Ron's bourbon slushies, as always. Robin's bloody Mary. @piney's moonshine. @YemTrey's craft beer.
If I missed something it's probably because I didn't get a chance to sample it. Or I was slightly incapacitated."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Man! I missed the shine! Seems I miss something every time.

Once again, Jason's redneck Monte Cristos took the cake. The red sprinkles once again put it over the top.

Dylan, while his Krispy Kreme breakfast sammies are ridiculous, I'll miss most the Baltimore Pitt beef I won't get for another year.Eggcelsior said:Once again, Jason's redneck Monte Cristos took the cake. The red sprinkles once again put it over the top.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga -
That pit beef is off the chain. If all works well, you could have some at brisket camp in October. So chill out, snowflake.bgebrent said:

I was very impressed with Regan, she started out calling all of the number on the tickets and after I only repeated the last two numbers she figured it out all on her own and started only calling the last two numbers. What a pleasure she was to have help with the raffle.

John is somewhat modest about his cooks. Several he kept in reserve for us cookers. He dealt out some SV jerk wings Finished on Matt's large (with the miracle dome) that were spectacular. The chocolate Pots de creme have taken on a life of there own. As they should! He, Gary and Matt know how to put on an event!Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

Feeling a little bit depressed that there is no NCBB to go to this weekend.
Having said that, what a great time it was last weekend. I said it a couple of times while I was there in I felt like I already knew so many of you so well from the forum that I felt like I had already met you all. To no surprise to me, not only is this group great Eggers, but they are even more so great people. My mind wandered for a bit while I was having a beer on Saturday and imagined for a short time what a cul-de-sac with all of us Eggers living on it would be like. Every day would be a NCBB! And I would love to have each and every one of you as my neighbors.
It was great to see everyone in action and their techniques. I surely came away with some ideas and desire to up my Egging game. Thanks for welcoming my Son and I into the fold and letting us be a part of this gathering. Special thanks to those who put this together and all of the cooks and volunteers. These people are literally busting their a$$’s the entire time putting out good food and providing for others. It’s amazing to see it in action. And it’s much appreciated and noticed.
‘Til we meet next time, and I hope it’s soon.
Thanks again! Steve

I would not be around long if this bunch lived in my neighborhood. Point well made though.YEMTrey said:Feeling a little bit depressed that there is no NCBB to go to this weekend.
