Seeing  folks again for the cook is always wonderful. Bear has grown a couple feet taller since last year.

No police this year.  Though we did generate a noise complaint inside the campground Friday night.  Who knew Brent breaking into the petting zoo would be so loud?

John I was in the campground office today and we all need to talk later this week. Seems as though no more than 8 people at a camp site is the rule. But hey offered a solution for us.

Who ate all that corn?  I saw it go on. Never saw it devoured.

They offered the same information to me Jim.  I say we go on breaking the rules as we have the last two years.  The only names the office associates with the event are John's and Matt's.  Where's the concern?

Thank goodness NCBB2 was this weekend.  As of now we are getting major rain.  I can't say how much I hated to miss it being only a few miles away, but from reading and seeing the pic's it seems I already know a good many of you guys.  Next year for sure!

We chose to stay in the campground due to the rain just figured we could wait and drive the Motor Home home when it stops raining! Well it's still raining and most likely we will wait another day as forecast is rain all day tomorrow too. There is only one other RV in the campground.
That doesn't give you guys permission to run naked through the campground. You two behave.

I look forward to day I can make those types of decions. Rain? Why drive in it. We'll just wait it out. Great seeing you guys again. Safe travels whenever you decide to head out.
Good idea on running naked thanks!

Lot of people relaxing with the occasional adult beverage. Robin worked his butt off mixing the world's best bloodies and Titus with grapefruit.  I enjoyed his efforts several times throughout the day. These were our next door neighbors, fun, wonderful friends.

There are blessings in this world all around you. Matt, brother, you have found yours. Matt worked his asz off at this event, and this was our official taster.
She's a doll.  I'm not sure Matt worked his ass off...but he worked damned hard.  And he fed me, very special.

Who has slushies? Who has Titus? Who cares? I want these folks in my corner when it is time to get busy. This is my favorite BGE/Non BGE Event, strictly due to the people that participated, and those who fed us some of the best food I have ever tasted.

Um, Brent.....I am here for you brother, I watched you work and I saw with my very own eyes, you cooking delicious food. But, I think Nicole's shirt explains a lot. It takes a team effort. You got a great team brother. Get that girl some wine, will you?

And for the last supper, JIC had SV jerk chicken wings as an appetizer that were just delicious.  Then Yukon Ron pulls off the MR beef tenderloin put in soft rolls with horseradish sauce.  OMG, I ate more of those than @SGH could have it was sooo good.  Jeremiah cooked chicken halves on his barrel smoker.  No one left hungry.  Great times by a bonfire and @nolaegghead and I had such a deep conversation, as hard as it might be to believe he's converted to being a Republican and will campaign for Trump in 2020.  Carrie is a gem.

These two folks worked, made uber delicious food for us to enjoy, put together the cool gift drawing which was a lot of fun, and never quit the whole day. Jim and Kaye, thank you for everything, and for being such good friends to us. BTW, Jim, you certainly out kicked your coverage, too. You guys are the best.

@Sea2Ski made a long drive down to BB.  Matt said it was for the petting zoo but I'll tell you what,  this guy chipped in at every opportunity and helped us cooks a lot.  Then he whips out some scrapple cooked up on the Blackstone.  Super guy and even better gal there that I hope we see next year!

To everyone that made the trip, to those which worked so hard so that we could enjoy such a wonderful event, and to those we hope to see at the next NCBB3, here is a couple glasses lifted in your honor.
I put Robin in this picture to make it more classy. He's my bud.
@Dredger, @DMW  these are for you, we did not forget you.
You all don't know what you are missing. Great weather, beautiful setting, great friends, great food and drink, and a whole lot of laughing. Oh and by the way, I was reminded, frequently, that the Tarheels beat my Wildcats, on the way to the 'ship.
