Stuffed beef tenderloin

yum!  A fave from my first bbq cookbook from Webber. Mushroom, leak, garlic and herb stuffed tenderloin. Rubbed with Dijon, garlic, shallot, sage, thyme and rosemary. Indirect at 400F dome til it hit 115. Rested and eat!  Sorry no nice played shots. Everyone grabbed and left me a nearly empty platter. Bastards!  It was delish. Thanks for looking.
