Baked beans with with the pork burnt ends on the right upcoming along with SV sweet potatoes. About an hour out. -
We thought about cooking pork burnt ends deluxe (injected with melted butter) today, but yesterday we took my Mom out for lunch & she picked BBQ. Looks real tasty Jason!Flint, Michigan

Started the weekend with burgers, followed it Satruday with a 9lb pork butt, and finished it today with Cowboy Beef ribs. Sorry I only took pictures of the ribs

Pizza rolls. Stole the idea from one of the fast food pizza joints. Went simple pork burnt ends chopped up, pizza sauce cheese, oregano and EVOO.

3 filets, 1 DA ribeye, plus ribs and hot dogs. Mac and cheese, beans, avocado salad, and corn on the cob. Also made a pound cake for dessert with blueberries and whipped cream. -
I failed with pics. Hit for the cycle going back to Thursday. Fish and lobster tacos on Th. Chicken on Fri. Prime strips on Sat, BB ribs on Sunday and grilled pork and chicken banh mi today.
