I thought I was taking it easy and doing simple. I kept adding stuff. My guest list today for all this? My brother, wife, daughter, and I. I think I cooked too much.
Here's the pictures. There's a lot. Apologies for those that hate long posts.
1 - St. Louis style ribs. Rubbed with Worcestershire sauce, Honey Hog, and KC Masterpiece rub. Cooked 300° for the whole time. Last hour probably 325°. I got them started late. Cooked them high in dome too. Smoke was pecan and apple.

2 - Shrooms A La @Thatgrimguy , but with a twist. Used sweet Italian sausage.

3 - Another shot...

4 - Pulled shrooms... I liked these a lot.

I liked them both dang it...

Oh, hell, whats another one matter...

5 - The hot dogs were different tasting. Guess we wasn't used to the uncured and not preserved stuff. We liked the sausage though.

6 - Yum...

7 - HOT DOGS

8 - Skilled cheesy potatoes. These didn't suck! Wife put her foot in these!

9 - Sorry, these pictures are a little sloppy. All ambition was out the window at this point.

10 -

11 -

12 - I straight up phatted out! Dog had homemade chili, and coleslaw.

13 - Wife did well with this. Homemade shortbread, with strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream.

Thanks for taking a long look!

@bgebrent if you need a photographer gig during the week, my house is closer and I don't cook so much at a time.
