I egged some Chipotle Blueberry Stout St. Louis Spare Ribs that I took over to my wife's boss's lake house. They were foiled and wrapped in towel / cooler for the ride over. I thru them on their Gasser (top level) to sauce and ready for the eat....sorry no pictures.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

made a killer brisket on Friday overnight for a party on Saturday
Sunday - made some chicken legs and a london broil (sirloin) (Dont know why I cant stand this cut of meat).
yesterday was pizza takeout as I was too tired to cook.

I also made Tuna.
Hot sear for a few seconds per side (on egg). Locally sourced fresh shitake mushrooms and couscous as sides. We just sauteed the mushrooms in butter and touched them with some basic seasoned salt. It's amazing how real fresh organic mushrooms all seem to have the truffle flavor that subtle lingers, somewhat like garlic does.
