I don't think it is possible to properly cook a brisket sober. I tried a couple weekends ago and the result was less than impressive.They/Them

I got drunk, then opened up a thread about a guy that got drunk who cooked a brisket drunk. Seems like perfect closure to my weekend. Well done sir.
We had a bunch of drunk people over for moussaka dinner, then most of them watched game of thrones, except some of us just hung out on the back deck and played music with Alexa. Eventually all my percussion instruments ended up on the deck and fortunately the police never showed up.
