Made some fried poke chops last night upon our return from the beach. Had some pork belly that needed to be used or frozen. I cubed some up and floured them up, fried them, and sauced them with an Asian sauce (same sauce as from pork belly tacos at BB), and added a sprig of cilantro. This didn't suck.

I gotta disagree @tarheelmatt. Recruiters on LinkedIn found me when I took a better job a few months ago. I get recruited a couple times a week on LinkedIn (twice today) and my wife who is a salesperson gets recruited almost daily. She just accepted a new, much higher paying job last week.

Maybe my profile sucks or just in the wrong field, or both. I believe living where I do also is a disadvantage.

@tarheelmatt Try searching for the recruiters on LinkedIn and reach out those that specialize in fields similar to yours. They are ALWAYS looking to expand their talent pool base.
