I plan on bring some corn and flour tortillas, however I will be make my wife's recipe for homemade tortillas too. It's like a crepe batter. We'll make those on the Blackstone with the shrimp and pork belly.------------------------------

Got the RV cleaned up and serviced. Gas/Propane filled. Loading up all the cooking accessories little by little. Been busy this week getting ready and getting enough work done to be able to leave!
