Adult beverages per the rules and regulations, seem to be verboten. I was hoping to bring some fine Kentucky vintage. MBW, loves to make huge Vats of bourbon slushies. Should we shelve the idea? If not, we need a head count of participants that may consider an adult refreshment. And a head count of those that will swill.
Also, if there is anything we can do to help, beginning to end, please let us
Ron, you should bring the fine KY beverage, I will as well! Just none for JIC and depends on how Mattie behaves. Remember, rules are for those who mistakenly choose to follow them
The NC guys are pretty cool dudes, it will be up to us to watch over them, keep them out of trouble and away from the mutton.
Got to give them credit, this is going to be an ABFAB time, and they let me print tickets!
Bourbon will fix that though!
Karma requires us to bow and help them rise above their present depressed and envious need for recognition. We must take care of our little brothers.

We take care of our little needy brothers after we drink some bourbon brother. If Matt doesn't flck up the t-shirts it could be a good time.YukonRon said:

Well, should we edit them for spelling and grammar, I mean, with the curriculum issues at UNC that have surfaced recently?
It is worrisome to say the least.

I share your concern. I'll reach out to Mattie to make sure they're on point. After 2 or 3 communications he'll usually get it 75% right. JIC is a total waste of time.YukonRon said:Well, should we edit them for spelling and grammar, I mean, with the curriculum issues at UNC that have surfaced recently?

Crayons for sure cause they don't do well with books that have words. We should come up with some sing-a-longs they can handle to help them pass the time while we cook and eat.YukonRon said:

That is an idea that once again, shows your heart is in the right place. We don't want them to wander off and get lost in that park, they would be terrified. Also curious, will the kiddie pool be open that time of year for them? If so, will they have activities at the kiddie pool that will not require "grown up supervision?"bgebrent said:

Good question Ron. The park rules do prohibit alcohol. Our sense is that they don't strictly enforce that rule, but given the size of our party we'll probably attract a little attention. If we don't get a visit from Mr. Park Ranger at some point in the day I'll be surprised.YukonRon said:Serious question here.

I like the shirt but only if it has a pocket!
As for the adult beverages we has camped in many campgrounds and have never had a park ranger come over and look in our red solo cups or ask what was in the cup. We also have never left any items out in plane sight for them to see or been loud like some people are when they are shall we say too happy! If we keep it on the down low I think we will be just fine.

I went and registered on a "butt blast" website, and now my credit card is being charged 39.99 a month and i find myself getting "international male" catalogs with mesh underwear and too-small tank tops.

I think @20stone was concerned there would not be ample smoker space for his meat. I think given @Thatgrimguy is towing in his Shirley trailer and I'm bringing a PR-72T, we don't have to worry about that.
I think the bigger question is where are we going to get enough hungry mouths to feed?They/Them
