    What the fvck does it matter, the earth has been colder and the earth has been warmer.  Either we fvck it up and it gets better or we fvck it up and we all die.  Fact: the earth has been heating and cooling for millions of years and will continue to do so whether we are here or not.

    Two questions:
    1) what are the doomsday scenarios you reference?
    2) what would evidence connecting global warming to them look like, in your view?  

    Incidentally, describing one side of this debate as "the faithful" is contradictory with having an open mind.  It conveys bias.
