Glazed Chops on the Mini

Rubbed very heavily with Swamp Venom and on the mini @ 525° raised direct for about 4 mins per side.  Glazed with a blackberry/mustard and balsamic glaze 


Served up with Black Eyed Peas 



I was going for a sweet heat with the Swamp Venom & Blackberry combo.  That is what I got.  I wish I had time to brine the chops but that just wasn't in the cards tonight.  Still very good.
