10hrs, no adjustments. temp climbed from around 205 to 210.
Overkill for baby-backs, but got invited to a last minute party. They were no worse for wear. We killed them in about 5 minutes flat when we got home.

After spending almost two hours just to get the old garbage disposal off, and then finding that the flex conduit from the wall and hardwired to the disposal contains only two wires, and no ground, I'm just going on a long walk.

What I do every Sunday night. Protein for the week. Got the Rosemary Parmesan potatoes on with chicken legs and thighs. Legs are sauced and about to come off.
