Here they are at about 4 hours in... Mixed feelings about saying I've crossed that line that marks where it states that this is as far as I'm going today. Thank goodness I get up earlier and get all my errands done... Cheers!!!

My sams keeps the uncut short ribs behind the counter. They only put out the thin cut short ribs for korean bbq and whatnot.blukat said:That's exactly what I've been looking to cook. Just got back from Sam's. They had packs of two or packs of four racks in the back so I picked up a pack of two racks (3-ribs each).
Not sure when I'll cook, breaking them down now to vacuseal in packs of two.
