Just some T-Bones

Cooked up some T-bones and invited my Mom over to eat with us.
Steak:
Did a dry brine on the T-bones overnight. Simple salt and pepper then hit with compound butter (butter, fresh garlic, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, salt, pepper).
COC:
Some simple corn on the cob. Brushed with canola oil, salt, and pepper then grilled. Finished with pat of butter on each.
Onion:
Took two onions. Peeled whole, then sliced (not through) making around 6-8 segments. Push butter in all cracks and added some fresh garlic. Salt and pepper and wrap with aluminum foil. I place right in the middle as Egg is coming to temp, then move to a cooler spot to finish cooking.
Cucumber, onion salad:
English cucumber, red onion, greek yogurt, sour cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice, red wine vinegar. Stir together and let chill in fridge for 30 min.
Pictures:
1 - Ready for grill

2 - Picture sucks, but whatever

3 -

4 - Little better.

5 - Resting with compound butter goodness... Man these steaks were legit!

Looks awesome and I need to start eating sweet potatoes again. Haven't done those on the egg yet. We like the T-bone as well. The kid and I get the strip and the wife gets the filet.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

@johnmitchell , that's a great idea. I could also use it with CI pans for veggies and etc. That could be my plan for sure there! Thank you for the suggestion.
Thanks @northGAcock ! If you were close to me, I'd love to have you over to have one with me.
@beachsmoke thanks!
@Ladeback69 Thanks! I love sweet potatoes! I have some ideas for them on the Egg, but just haven't implemented them yet.

@tarheelmatt- I give this cook the SGH seal of approval brother. I can't post the pic because I'm offshore jumping off of **** wifi. But it earns it nonetheless.
