Small Egg Workout

Brined some boneless skinless chicken breasts for a couple hours this afternoon.
Filled the small with used lump I pulled of out the XL.

And then...

Spuds got EVOO/S/P

Once they were finished they were pulled off and covered with foil.

Switched to direct and:

And now for dessert:

Cut up with vanilla ice cream:

Everything turned out really good, but I think the grilled Pineapple Head pineapple over vanilla ice cream was my favorite. It's been way too long since I've used Pineapple Head on pineapples.

I think the weather is finally turning for the better. If it wouldn't have been for the wind I would have a fire going in the firepit.

Every time I go to get the small out of the garage we have a day with 40-50 mph winds and I'm scared it would tip over.

Great looking cook. I've never had pineapple head ice cream. Sounds fantastic.

I wasn't planning on the ice cream. As I was eating a bit of the pineapple I thought, this would be really good on ice cream... And it was
