What a beautiful day with great people! My first eggfest, was real impressed with the variety of good food. Loved the baja wave tequila lime tacos, the paella, tandoori chicken, pineapple bites, margarita cookies... to mention a few. Sorry no pics. Wow-paella at a fest-now that's giving it up for the greater good. Congrats to the egger who served that up. And I'm sure there were other high effort cooks as well. Salado-a bucket list item (pretty low expectations for my life list:)).Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Great day and even better night. Salado after party strikes again. That's all I have to say about that. For all of you who got on a plane or crossed state lines to get here, thanks for making it extra fun and special. It add so much to the event and besides, all the local jackasses have heard all my lies too many times. Nice to have fresh ears from time to time

Who gets the award for miles most traveled? @DMW or @PNWFoodie? Oh I also didn't get any shepherds pie of any of those brie cheese tartlets. The food I did get was awesome. Some of my favorites were the baja tacos with tequila Cilantro dressing,the margaritas cookies. ( I don't think @henapple will ever be the same after eating those). The dried spicey pineapple the bacon and pepper jelly,the peach enchiladas, @nolaegghead sausages, @caliking curry chicken skewers with that bad to the bone dressing.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun
