How well do the "numbers" do on bread as compared to the Egg?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

All the bread was made on the Xlarge BGE. This is one area where the egg out shines the big units by a considerable margin. It's not even close. For bread the egg wins hands down. After eating that bread yesterday, I dug my AR out of the barn and ordered another 13 inch stone so I can duplicate their double stone bread set up. Mickey I swear it was easily the best bread I have ever had. Period.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

@Mickey- While I'm a huge fan of both verticals and offsets, I have no problem admitting the egg bests them both for some things. Bread is one of them. I'm fixing to put Qing on hold for a while and start practicing bread making. They made a believer out of me my friend.

They have invited me to start attending their bread making class next week. As soon as I know how I will gladly share. I know nothing about bread right now. He wants to learn to cook whole hog so I agreed to do one for him on Unit #6, in exchange he is going to let me attend the bread classes.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

I'll start doing betting pictures and process on the breads we are making. I have been mostly just watching and acting as assistant and egg master.
