    @SGH that's a sour dough I did last night.  My sour doughs are still a bit dense. Working on an issue with the crust air drying while the dough rests and rises, but I think I have it figured out for tonights bake.

    Brother that bread that they made was unreal. I was so impressed I'm buying a Xlarge egg just for making bread. Never had anything like it.
