Thanks all. I forgot I had a grass finished steak in the freezer. Went to get an ice cream bar and noticed it, couldn't resist.
@blind99, 50/50 S&P with a little garlic. Tossed it on the lump and flipped every 90 seconds until finished.

@Foghorn and @tarheelmatt, it wasn't quite from the freezer to lump. I let it set out a bit first. It was still partially frozen though.
@NPHuskerFL, I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice the Mickey Mouse plate. I've had several platings posted with those plates.
@lkapigian, I live on the other side of the Mountains just outside of Sheridan. I used to live over on that side and was the Army Recruiter for the entire Bighorn Basin, which covered Worland.Steven
