I'll say this is probably one of the best things I've eaten. Deboned chicken stuffed shrimp, crab and rice. @SGH is a freaking cooking machine.

I may be old but I do recall that @Cen_Tex sent a pair of SRF briskets to the event. Surely the previous sids-by-side brisket in the vertical was one of those?? BTW- even I can turn out great eats starting with one of those.As has been mentioned in more places than here-it's all about the meat. And TWSS.
