Sure wish I could fit it into my schedule but this is my busiest time of year for work. Coaching football for my step-son's team too. Hope I can go to the next one. That is... if they don't all get kicked out of The Big Easy...

How close do you have to be to be considered "at brisket camp" ?

@buzd504 - I guess I was thinking if you get some eats and knowledge from the crew on-site, you would be considered "there". I'm sure there will be some guys that are there but may drink their way through "the cooking clinic."
