    I am setting here with 2 Larges and the Mini. Would get rid of the Larges before the Mini. Bet we use the Mini 80% of the time. Minis Rule.

    @sgh try mixing the blues hog original and the smoky Mt it is great that way also.

    @SGH, you are correct and pork too. I bought a jar of it the other day. I wish my wife would show interest in the Egg, but she didn't show interest in the gasser either. She likes the food I make and that I'm happy. Your wife's cooking skills are nice and it looks good.
