All of your UK apparel.... kidding... sort of...Did a turkey for Thanksgiving - was great. Could also try different types of ribs (spare vs. baby back). I also want to try pork belly and lamb.-Large BGE since 6-13-Indianapolis, IN

The turkeys I have done have turned out very well also. Use less wood than on beef or pork, poultry absorbs smoke readily. I usually use 1 smaller lump of pecan wood. Mild taste and imparts a nice golden color.

I considered a turkey but there always seems like so much waste afterwards as everyone likes the breast meat. Maybe a couple of breasts?LBGE, Paris, KY.

After I smoke my UK apparel maybe you can smoke all of your Sweet 16 shirts and banners that grace Assembly hall!

When it's just the wife and I, we make a small breast for me and a leg for her. I think a couple of large breasts would be a good choice, size depending on how many you are serving.

Whoever came up with the marketing campaign for breast meat must be some sort of evil genius. It's always in high demand despite being the worst major part of the turkey/chicken.LBGEMenasha, WI

It is always fun to wrap something in bacon and smoke it. Chicken bombs are great. Use boneless thighs or breast (butterflied),flatten and stuff with something, wrap in bacon and cook them. If you search there are lots variations.Mashed Potato Stuffed:Cordon Bleu Style:Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

+1 on the bombs. I use spinach and a sharp-type cheese(cheddar, parm, asiago, feta) Good stuff.

How did u post that link?As far as we can tell- the posts are never approved. It might be worth trying to use the "Insert Hyperlink" button. Smoke a ham. Relatively cheap, easy, foolproof (well, nothing is truly) and delicious.

Go Cats! +1 for bologna. I also did some low-n-slow wings last Saturday that were incredible. I usually do wings direct at 325 degrees but these I did indirect at 240-250 and they were much more moist, tender, and flavorful in my opinion.Nolensville, TN GO CATS!
