    As a matter of fact I'm having leg of lamb tonight at my brothers for my Birthday. His wife has been marinating itit  in an Armenian Marinade since yesterday morning. Lamb is always good.

    That is correct- the beer goes into the pan with the peppers.  After you smoke the roast for about 3 hours at 250ish (internal temp of 160-165), you put the roast in the pan on top of the peppers/beer, seal with foil, and then cook 2-3 more hours until it pulls.  


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
