Turned out great. There were some leftover chunks in the lump from last time, think it was hickory, not sure.
Toasted some French bread SWMBO made this afternoon, topped with garlic butter.
Just tossed on a frozen 9# butt wit BBBR. First time for a frozen one. Neighborhood yard sale tomorrow. If it finishes in time I'll sell PP sandwiches. If not, we'll have PP for supper.

Thanks guys. I had never made lasagna before tonight at all.
@JohnInCarolina Can't say for sure, never done it before. From what I have gathered here it just adds an hour or so to the cook time. Will report back tomorrow.They/Them

I would tear that up!! I have done an eggplant lasagna on the egg before. The lump just adds a whole new level of taste. Good job @DMW.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

Looks really fine, are you sure you never made this before?Italian DIL does a lot of baked pasta, we've tried quite a few on the egg, indirect - basically an oven with little or no smoke wood and that wood fire taste still comes through.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
