Labor Day weekend Grocery purchase

I just got back from purchasing my Labor day Weekend BBQ meats. I bought two whole brisketts for $ .78 per pound from Albertsons, and I bought a Whole Rib Roast, which I haven't done it a while, but they are always just fantastic. Right now, I'm trying to decide if I should cut a couple nice thick steaks off the end of the rib roast and TRex them.. My family, who lives down the street is cooking meatloaf, and apparently, we are supposed to go, this is despite the fact that I don't eat meatloaf. (which everyone knows) I've got half a mind to cook me up a nice juicy steak and take it with me.. :-) [p]Either way, I'm doing the rib roast on Sunday, and they are coming over for that. How's that? I go over there and get meat loaf, and they get Rib Roast. Sometimes, I think they feel obligated to cook sometimes. I'd prefer they get an egg or not bother.. Maybe a spaghetti or something that you wouldn't use and egg for... or would we?.. :-) hmm.. that sounds like a challenge. I'm sure someone can figure out a way..[p]We don't even have any guests lined up yet, but I'm sure we can round some up, as the egg is making me more and more popular on the weekends..[p]Oh, I forgot to mention the 2 racks of Baby Backs.. Man that's a lot of meat for one weekend. We are going to need a lot of guests. [p]I may have to freeze one of those brisketts.[p]What's everyone else cooking?[p]Happy Labor Day weekend everyone![p]
