I've been a little behind on posting lately. Here's a couple pic of yesterdays cook. This was my first time cooking a ham and found it to be a success. I loosely followed egret's ham recipe making a few minor adjustments. Everyone truly enjoyed the ham, and the sandwiches I had from it earlier were just as delicious.
