Well it wasn't exactly "toadfest" here in central NJ, but if you're named "Todd" like me you were mostly-likely called "toad" by your peers during childhood like myself:). This was my Sunday, and hat off to you all who raided North Caralina this weekend![p]Decided to go with store-bought Emerils Southwest.
primoribsrubbed.JPG[p][p]I used a pizza stone to enhance the indirect method along with a drip pan...wanted more stabilazation with the indirect heat.
primoribsongrill.JPG[p][p]Got 'er stable at 250*. After 5 hrs she was ready to chow-down!
primosparesdoneCUT.JPG[p][p]After a few more beers and some semantics...it was time to make the meatloaf. Onion, garlic, carrots, celery, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, bacon, and one egg mixed with 3 lbs of 80% lean ground beef.
meatloafingrediants.JPG[p][p]Used the same setup as da' spares.
meatloafongrillraw.JPG[p][p]Had some of this with some potato salad...naaa IM not getting to work on time in the morning.
