Saucy Elbows,[p]They are one of my favorites as a simple side dish. While my meat is resting, I toss them on the cooker for a few minutes, let 'em cook for a few minutes, check to see if there are grid markes, flip, let them cook a few more minutes and then serve 'em up...![p]Yum...

I like to add a little Cow Lick or Dizzy Dust to them, my wife prefers a little brown suger. Either way, they are scrumptuous!
